An update.  From me?  Well I suppose.  First the house update....block laying has began.  See:

 
This is what the jobsite currently looks like.  Can't see the progress good from this view.

This is where we stand after one day of the block laying.  It is a crew of Mexican guys.  They don't speak much English but are very nice and hard workers.  I hope they are paid well (we just pay the company, the company pays the employees.)

Ok, well we have more good pictures, but they need cropped, rotated, etc. and i don't feel like doing that now, so I'll save them for Priscilla to post.  And we've got some cute videos too, that maybe I'll edit and get up soon. 

Well, the digital camera is currently of the non-working variety, so until we get it sent in to get repaired, I won't have any new pictures or video to put up here.  But, since I'm such a nice guy, you get this: a not great quality camera-phone picture of the 2 cutest kids ever peeking at you.
